On request our rail filling elements can be delivered with an integrated butyl cord.
After the protective film has been removed, the elements are only pressed into the chamber and are then fixed to the track.
At the same time, a seal below the rail head is achieved so that no water can penetrate between the rail and the insulation. Stray current insulation at its best!
Another advantage that comes much later, is the easy separation of rail filling element and rail during deconstruction. In case of full-surface bonding it requires much more efforts to separte rail and the filling elements.
Pure separation at its best!
